*Shipping Policy - APEXMART UK*

*1. Processing Time*

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

*2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time*

We ship from our UK warehouse via Royal Mail and DPD. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed:

- *Standard Shipping*: 3-5 business days - Free on orders over £50

- *Express Shipping*: 1-2 business days - £4.99

Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping across the UK.

*3. Shipping Rates*

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery address. All UK mainland addresses are covered. 

*4. Order Tracking*

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS. You can track your parcel directly on Royal Mail or DPD website.

*5. International Shipping* 

Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping will be available soon.

*6. Address Issues*

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. APEXMART  is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned due to wrong address, customer will pay for reshipping.

*7. Lost or Damaged Parcels*

If your parcel is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours at APEXMARTS@outlook.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier immediately.
