*1. 14-Day Return Policy*
APEXMART offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
*2. Conditions for Return*
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Items that are used, damaged by customer, or missing parts cannot be refunded.
*3. How to Return*
To start a return, contact us at APEXMARTS@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or our mistake. Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
*4. Refund Processing Time*
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. It may take additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank/card statement depending on your bank.
*5. Damaged or Defective Items*
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at APEXMARTS@outlook.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping.

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care items, opened cosmetics, and custom/personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size/color, please return the item and place a new order.
